A Legacy for your Grandchildren, an Alternative to War.
Thank you for supporting an alternative to war. A Planned Gift to Nonviolent Peaceforce is another great way to do just that. With a Planned Gift, you can support threatened human rights leaders around the world using nonviolence while also planning your financial future.
Here are some examples of Planned Gifts that Nonviolent Peaceforce receives. Which type of gift sounds right for you?

Make a Legacy Gift
You can leave a gift to Nonviolent Peaceforce in your personal will or trust. It's actually pretty easy. Here is some sample legal language you could add to your will or trust:
[for a will or trust] I hereby give and devise (the sum of $_______________ or ____% of my residuary estate) to Nonviolent Peaceforce, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, for its general charitable purposes. (EIN 35-2197019)
[contingent gift] to my spouse/children/friend, if they survive me, and if they do not survive me, to Nonviolent Peaceforce, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, for its general charitable purposes. (EIN 35-2197019)
Maybe even simpler, you can make Nonviolent Peaceforce a beneficiary of an IRA account or an insurance policy. Just add "Nonviolent Peaceforce" as a beneficiary of your account, or add:
[for life insurance or retirement assets] to Nonviolent Peaceforce, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, for its general charitable purposes. (EIN 35-2197019)
Create a Charitable Remainder Trust
