In refugee camps in Uganda, sometimes even venturing away from your tent can mean death, rape or abduction, especially for children. NP teams create safe spaces such as our offices, homes and meeting houses where people can disagree, debate and come to compromise with our protective presence. A safe and protected space is an important basis for peace to grow. |
